Thank you for visiting my website! On these pages you will find out about my practice, philosophy about therapy, and the kinds of approaches I use. I strive to create a safe space in which we can begin to address the aspects of yourself that you would like to grow or change. Together we will learn about how past or present circumstances may be interfering with your evolution into a person who experiences life to the fullest. You might want help with a current problem, or more intensive treatment for early issues that prevent you from living your life as fully, freely and deeply as you would like. My work with each person is different and I draw on many sources: my own personal work, life experience and continuous training, study and reading. In your therapy I will help you to take what is overwhelming and build a capacity to better tolerate and express emotion in ways that create resilience, flexibility, and a sense of being grounded in your own body.
